How it works

From chaos to “found it” in four steps.

Whether a technician comes to you or you do it yourself, the process is the same — and the app is yours to keep.

1

Photograph

As belongings go into sturdy, numbered bins, each one is photographed. No spreadsheets, no typing, no labeling marathon — just point and shoot.

2

AI catalogs every item

Our AI looks at each photo and identifies what's there — the item, often the make and model, and which bin it's in. A typical visit catalogs 150–250 items into your private database.

3

Label & stack

Each bin gets a weatherproof QR label tied to its contents, then it's neatly stacked or stored. Your garage, attic, or closet actually looks organized.

4

Find anything, anytime

From your phone, search or ask — “Where are the Christmas lights?” — and go straight to the bin. Scan a QR code to see everything inside. Add new items with a photo as life happens.

Two ways to start

We do it, or you do it.

Same system, same app — you choose how hands-on you want to be.

Done-for-you

The White-Glove Start

A trained technician comes to your home for a half-day, brings the bins and labels, and photographs, catalogs, labels, and stacks roughly 150–250 items for you. Then they train you on the app before they leave.

Best for downsizing, big garages, estates, and anyone who'd rather not do it themselves.

Do-it-yourself

The DIY App

Grab some bins, download the app, and photograph items as you go. The same AI catalogs everything, and you print your own QR labels. Free for up to 5 bins; go Pro for unlimited bins and voice search.

Best for organized folks, smaller projects, and anyone who likes a weekend project.

The My Inventory AI app — search, bins grid, and QR scan

The app: a searchable bins grid, voice/text search, capture, and 4×6 QR labels.

The app you keep

Search it. Scan it. Add to it.

Search or ask. Type or speak what you're looking for and jump to the exact bin.

Scan a bin. Point your camera at any QR label to see everything inside.

Capture as you go. Snap a photo to add new items — the catalog stays current for years.

Stay private. Your catalog is yours alone, never shared, deletable anytime.
